A Hipobuy spreadsheet can help you find a sweatshirt, everyday shoes or a bag to go with clothing you already own. Browse by product type or search for a name and a distinctive feature, such as a zip front or a low-profile sole.
The category index makes it easy to explore one type of product. When a find appeals to you, open its item link and choose the size or version from that offer. A good row note identifies which option appears in the accompanying photo.
Hipobuy’s product field accepts a name or product link, as well as an order number for an existing purchase. For a new find, keep the product link and your selected options together.
Purchasing something new or forwarding a purchase?
- Product-link purchase
- Use the seller’s item reference for the piece you want Hipobuy to buy. The selected version and quantity describe that order.
- Custom Order
- Hipobuy provides a separate custom-order entry. Clear seller and product details help describe a purchase entered this way.
- Forwarding Order
- This is the separate entry for goods you have already purchased elsewhere and want to send onward.

What happens after the item order?
Hipobuy receives purchases from different merchants at its warehouse in China. Once an item arrives, acceptance and inspection provide information about the received goods. You can then choose stored products to send together and select a logistics option.
If you ordered in two batches, follow the items in each order. Some may be ready while others are still on their way from the seller. The product purchase and the international parcel are separate parts of the process.
Planning delivery

Hipobuy’s estimate asks for a destination, weight, product type and package length, width and height. Use those fields to explore shipping for the goods you intend to send.
Before packing, some values may still be approximate. Replace them with the available parcel measurements when you have them. This helps you plan delivery alongside the item purchases rather than treating the product subtotal as the complete budget.

Do I arrange international shipping as soon as I pay for an item?
The purchase first needs to reach the warehouse. Hipobuy’s described flow moves from receiving and inspection to selecting stored products for a parcel. Review that parcel and its shipping payment when the goods you want to send are ready.
Can I put purchases from different sellers in one shipment?
Hipobuy allows you to choose and combine stored products into packages. Use the ready items, destination and available shipping options to plan the combination that suits your order.
